Who we are
MRGN VENTURES LTD (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for this website and the products listed on it. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17431712, with a registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. What we collect
This website is a simple brochure site. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run advertising trackers. If you email us, we hold your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and available.
Why we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, to run and secure our websites, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (running and protecting our business), performance of a contract where you buy something from us, and legal obligation where record-keeping is required.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email and accounting — and with authorities where the law requires it. Where a provider is outside the UK, transfers rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to two years. Records needed for tax and company law are kept for six years. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages may be used.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent where consent applies. Email morgan@mrgnventures.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Products we operate under their own domains may collect data for their own purposes. Each product publishes its own privacy notice, and MRGN VENTURES LTD remains the controller behind them.
